The U4 model is designed for standard steel coils. After the material is unwound and leveled, it moves into the cutting unit, where advanced professional machine tool technology ensures highly precise laser cutting. The control system incorporates cutting-edge international algorithms, enabling multi-head laser cutting on a single machine. Depending on production capacity and cycle time requirements, the system can be flexibly configured with multiple cutting heads operating synchronously—doubling efficiency—or even supporting asynchronous dual-head operation for even greater flexibility and productivity. Additionally, finished cut parts can optionally be fed directly into an intelligent sorting and unloading system.
