Abstract
On the afternoon of July 8, Professor Bai Yuqi of Tsinghua University’s Department of Automation led a delegation from the “He Yun Yan Ming” Social Practice Team to our company for a research and exchange visit. The company was represented by Vice President of Technology and R&D, Wang Yaozong; Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department, Zhang Huiting; and Sales Manager, Yang Xueliang, who jointly welcomed the visitors.
The event consists of two parts: a symposium and a workshop tour.
During the symposium, our side presented on four key themes: the company’s core competitiveness, the coordinated development strategy for the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, the progress of establishing operations in Xianghe, and the company’s future plans. Following this, both parties engaged in an in-depth exchange on topics including laser equipment performance and precision, product innovation, differences between domestic and international laser technologies, talent recruitment, and industry development trends.
Following the meeting, faculty and students visited the production workshop. Manager Yang Xueliang provided a comprehensive overview of the production lines and machine‑specific processes, and conducted live demonstrations of laser cutting and robotic material handling. Participants engaged in on‑site Q&A sessions and interactive discussions. At the conclusion of the event, the company used its equipment to cut out the character “Fu” as a commemorative token, symbolizing smooth progress and enduring good fortune, thus creating a unique memento of this research and exchange visit.
This visit by Tsinghua University students to Reegao for on-site research has built a high-quality bridge for communication and collaboration between the university and the enterprise. Moving forward, Reegao will continue to deepen its collaborative partnerships with universities, concurrently expand talent recruitment and development channels, and leverage the opportunities presented by the coordinated development of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region to steadily advance the company’s high-quality innovation and development.
